June 19 to June 25
We headed to Belton Texas to stay at live oak at Belton lake. On our way through Waco we got a call from our son Jason and said to stop at a Mexican restaurant right in front of us. It's nice to be sharing your location because he knew exactly where we were.
Our campsite number 48 is in the trees and has nice shade. We have stayed at live oaks COE numerous times at Belton lake.
This dog formation was found in the cave. It's natural but it was moved to the spot
We had a great time with Jason, Brittany and family. The weather was hot had to get wet.
We did an adventure Lab at the train museum and it was entertaining and fun. I was suggest taking the time to do it. The adventure lab was about the great train robbery, an actual story well done.
We left Belton and are on our way to Big bend we are about 20 miles east of San Antonio at a harvest host winery.
